Yes. We offer free, no-obligation written quotes in your home. We walk through the areas with you, discuss your concerns and explain what cleaning can achieve. Our No Hidden Charges Policy means you receive a detailed price for the services requested. Phone estimates are subject to inspection and adjustment, and we give you a firm written quote before work begins.

Carpets generally dry in four to six hours. High humidity, heavy soiling or very thick carpet may make drying take longer. We recommend running ceiling fans to help the process.

We recommend staying off the carpet as much as possible until it is dry. If you need to walk on it while damp, remove your shoes. Take care when stepping from damp carpet onto tile, hardwood or another hard surface, because wet feet can slip.

On request, we move easily handled pieces such as sofas, chairs, coffee tables, end tables and nightstands. Please clear items from tabletops before we arrive. We generally do not move beds, dressers, heavy desks, china cabinets, electronics or fragile items. To clean beneath a bed, remove the bedding so we can stand the mattresses up. This service costs an additional $20 per bed.

Our cleaning price includes pre-treatment and spotting procedures, and we do our best to remove stains. Some stains cannot be removed. Repairs and extensive treatment for stains such as red dye, paint or wax can cost extra; we discuss those charges during pre-inspection. A small stain that takes less than five minutes to treat has no extra charge. Patching may use your remnant or carpet from an inconspicuous area with your approval.

Our minimum charge is $125 for cleaning up to two rooms and a hall, with a maximum total of 400 square feet at that price.

Our standard room-size limit is 200 square feet. We prorate the price for rooms larger than 200 square feet.

We recommend at least annual cleaning. For homes with pets, children or heavy foot traffic, we recommend cleaning every six months.
